A tired family bathroom stripped out and rebuilt with a freestanding bath, twin vanities, a walk-in shower and brushed brass fittings throughout.
The old timber deck had rotted through, so it came out for composite boards with inset lighting, a pergola and composite fencing set on a new concrete upstand.
A dated kitchen and back hallway opened up and refitted with handleless units, new worktops, a utility area and herringbone flooring throughout.
A fully insulated garden room built from the ground up, clad in composite, with a porcelain patio laid around it.
